Consultation Guidelines for International Friends during COVID-19 Pandemic

1. Peking University Shenzhen Hospital is one of the designated hospitals for international friends during COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Except for emergency cases, please note that all outpatient should make an appointment online in advance and please be punctual.

3. Please keep wearing face masks in the hospital.4. Before entry, please register at the Pre-check Triage.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Please measure your body temperature and keep safe distance from others at the outpatient entrance of the hospital.2. Fill in COVID-19 Questionnaire online or manually.

3. Please report your information including travel history truthfully.

4. Please stay in the waiting area before the consultation if your body temperature is normal and you have no epidemiological history of COVID-19 pandemic.

Please tell our staff at the Pre-check Triage if you need English translation, we will try to arrange English translators (medical volunteers) to meet your needs.

If you have any of the following conditions, please visit Fever Clinic immediately:

(Fever Clinic locates on the east side of the south entrance, you will see highlighted English signs)

1. If your body temperature is higher than or equal to 37.3°C within 3 days;

2. If you have lived in or travelled to epidemic areas such as overseas countries and regions, Hubei province, Wenzhou city, etc. within 2 weeks;

3. If you have contacted with patients with fever and respiratory symptoms from epidemic areas such as overseas countries and regions, Hubei province, Wenzhou city, etc. within 2 weeks;

4. If you have contacted with patients diagnosed with COVID-19 within 2 weeks;

5. If there are multiple or massive onset (2 or more than 2 cases with cough/respiratory symptoms within 2 weeks) in your family or community.
