张明秀

张明秀，女，副主任医师，本科学历。1988年毕业于泸州医学院医学系，从事精神科临床工作20余年。长期从事成都市劳动能力鉴定工作。2005年取得司法鉴定人执业证，在司法精神疾病鉴定方面积累了一定经验。

Zhang Mingxiu, female, Associate Chief Physician, Bachelor's Degree. She graduated from Medicine Department of Luzhou Medical College in 1988 and has over twenty years' experiences in psychiatrically clinical work. She is engaged in working capacity authentication work of Chengdu for a long time and obtained Judicial Appraiser License in 2005. She accumulates diagnosis knowledge on forensic psychiatric authentication.
