医生简介
2003年毕业于浙江大学药学院，获学士学位;2003-2006年于浙江大学药学院药剂学专业攻读研究生，获医学硕士学位。2006年至今在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院药学部，一直从事一线医疗、教学及科研工作。其中，自2007起承担卫生部临床药师培训基地带教工作， 2011年起负责临床药师日常事务管理，组织临床药师服务模式及绩效管理、进修生带教管理等工作、积极参与ICU专科药物治疗监护，有效地保证了临床一线合理用药。
职务
主要学术兼职：浙江省药学会第五届药理专业委员会会员。
研究方向
主要从事抗感染药物合理应用及细菌耐药机制、危重病纳米靶向制剂开发以及药学服务循证分析等医院药学相关研究。近年来，主持国家自然科学青年基金1项、厅局级科研项目2项;作为主要参加者参与国家自然科学基金3项目、厅局级科研项目5项。发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI收录10篇。
